My partner and i went into to the store last night to look at gaming consoles for Christmas gift ideas for our little guy. We were in the aisle exploring the Nintendo Switch systems when a sales associate came up to help us. Anjit was so patient with our 100 questions, was very friendly and knowledgeable and was a no pressure sales rep. When we left, my partner actually turned to me and said, you know I really liked that sales person, he was so nice and he didn't pressure us at all to make a decision or even buy anything that day. I bought a TV and a PS5 from Best Buy Grandview Corners and had an excellent experience. The staff were super helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made it.
Great experience overall, but I've been there a few times now and every time the sales people smell like Bad B.O (Body Odor). I gave a 4 star because I think the B.O and the customer service needs work.
