Our family hired Bluewater to build an ADU in our backyard as a home for my father-in-law. From start to finish Mike and his team were able to take our napkin drawings of what we hoped to build and turn it into reality. Liam Peake was the PM on the project and stayed on top of every detail and communicated perfectly with us throughout the project. They provided a detailed schedule with regular check-ins, moved efficiently the whole time, and most importantly executed amazing craftsmanship.

I have had the opportunity to work with the Blue Water Concepts on two construction projects. The team is professional, responsive and they bring solid experience in the design and construction industry. They are really good at what they do. The first project was on time and under budget.
