Sooke Auto Detailing went above and beyond to help remediate a flood disaster in my daughters car. The drain hose was cracked and the car filled with water on the inside during the recent atmospheric river. Aiden made sure the car was clean and dry and remediated any issues we might have with mold etc. Highly recommend and they were very accomodating!

I've had my car detailed a few times, but this is the most spotless & clean I've ever seen it. Smells amazing, too. I feel like I'm driving a rental car, it's almost creepy. Fantastic work!

I was travelling through Sooke and stopped here for a car wash. I used the wand bay and it worked great. I paid by credit card and stopped when the machine displayed that I had used up $4.00 worth. When I returned home, my CC was charged $15.
I went to their website and it says "When using the wand bay, please make sure you press the red illuminated stop button once you are done washing. Pressing that button completes the transaction. Failure to press that button can result in a $15 charge on your card."
It would be useful to have the information by the machine where I paid. As a traveler it didn't occur to me or anyone... read full review
