I can't say enough good things about this place! I was on a road trip from Vancouver to Yukon/ Alaska when my car broke down in Smithers. TJ and his team were clearly busy with other customers but made room to take care of me and accommodate me the best he could given my circumstances. I ended up needing a clutch replacement and a few other things and felt like the prices were very reasonable. It's very obvious that TJ really cares about his customers and giving exceptional service. Thanks again for everything!!!
The team at OK Tire was incredible! I had my car towed there even when they didn’t have availability and they looked at it as soon as they could. Found the issue right away and got it fixed, all while being transparent and honest about what was going on. Even before taking my car there I heard rave reviews about TJ and his team and happy to report the reviews are true! Will definitely be bringing my car back because of their amazing service!
Extremely helpful! I got stuck in Smithers on my way to work in PR. My DEF system decided to trip up in my 2018 Chevy Colorado. OK Tire came to the rescue. I feel as though they are going above and beyond and am so thankful they have the knowledge to deal with 1/4 ton diesel trucks.Service: Exhaust
