Worked with Ridgeview on a couple different projects. The attention to detail and the amout of professionalism was always apparent. The crew that we worked with always came early and ready with the right tools and supervision to make sure that the detail they were given was followed. I was visiting Smithers from out of town and booked a facial with Malu at Bliss. It was one of the best facials I have ever had.
I booked the Bliss Facial which is a 75 minute treatment. During the service I received an arm and hand massage while my exfoliation mask dried and then a lower leg and foot massage while my second mask activated. The final cherry on top was an incredible facial massage where Malu incorporated lymphatic drainage into the massage. My skin looks and feels amazing! Malu was very thorough and took her time, never rushing like I have experienced with some estheticians. Bliss uses Eminences Organics which is my favourite skin care line. This service left me feeling renewed after several days of travel and cold weather. I can't wait to come back to Smithers just so I can book another treatment with Malu.

This entire team puts the NICE in Canadian Nice! My Excursion, with 28' car hauler in tow, died right in front on their shop on a busy Thursday 'rush hour' on Hwy 16. TJ (owner) grabbed his personal truck and within 2 light cycles towed the entire rig out of traffic to a safe spot. The next day he towed the trailer a mile down the road as the tow company could only take the vehicle. The entire crew at OK Tire is as friendly as can be!

DeRuiter was able to check out my car last minute while other places in town were booking two weeks out. He also gave me suggestions about another issue I had been having for months when shifting gears. I had already taken it to another shop and the problem still wasn’t solved, but his recommendation helped us fix it at home. I would not have figured out the issue without his advice. My now go to place if we can’t fix the issue ourselves.

The staff is always so polite and helpful. I like that this office often has optical students. Teaching and encouraging new Doctors is important. I travel from Burns Lake to go this office and I'm never disappointed.

We had booked Aqua North to come out to our rural property and look at/fix a few things and boy, did we have a list! They fixed everything we asked for and helped with questions we had on our water softener set up. VERY knowledgeable staff in the field, AND at the front counter. Would highly recommend!

I called out of the blue about a part for my pellet stove. The person I spoke to was super helpful, found the part and had it available for pickup in minutes. I’m 3.5 hours out of Smithers and was in a bind. My son collected it at 11:30pm Christmas Eve and I had heat for the morning. His advice was spot on too. Told me where to look for leaks so I was able to get it working properly for the first time this winter. They earned my business from now on.
