We were travelling and needed our water pump replaced. Lance squeezed us in to his busy day and got us on the road. What stood out more to us was the hospitality he and his staff showed us. Great people. Great service.

I've been to freelance automotive a couple of times now for my vehicle repairs, and I enjoy it each and every single time. Highly recommend these folks because they are super friendly and willing to help you the best they can and make sure your vehicle is running and tip top shape. Probably the best mechanic shop in Smithers, really enjoy it. If you haven't taken your vehicle there yet, definitely check them out

Had lot's of work done to my vehicle and Lance did an awesome job. Honesty, knowledge, and good work is what I look for in a mechanic and that's what you'll get here. Heard lots of good things about this shop from people in town and they were right
