I called out of the blue about a part for my pellet stove. The person I spoke to was super helpful, found the part and had it available for pickup in minutes. I’m 3.5 hours out of Smithers and was in a bind. My son collected it at 11:30pm Christmas Eve and I had heat for the morning.
His advice was spot on too. Told me where to look for leaks so I was able to get it working properly for the first time this winter.
They earned my business from now on.

After calling multiple other plumbing business in Smithers. I was rejected and told to wait several months, to have a toilet installed. I called north central plumbing and heating, they answered immediately and booked an appointment the same day. The plumbers, Michelle and Myles showed up with in one hour and the job was also completed an hour later. They were very professional, timely and friendly. They did an excellent job.
