I had a very satisfied experience with the FYidoctors location in Smithers. Dr. Lester is very knowledgeable and was able to predict to the exact date that symptoms would disappear. On top of that their diagnostics equipment is very up to date. Very impressed!
5 stars for this office! Every time I’ve had my eyes checked, it’s been a pleasant experience. From the gals at the front desk answering phones or specific questions, to both Rachel and Rachael helping me find the best frames and contacts. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks FYI.
I have been a patient at FYI Eye Doctors since I moved to Smithers in 2001, and I can't say enough about the exceptional care and service I have received from Loralee and Trevor. The staff have always been incredibly accommodating and have made each visit a great experience. Their warm and welcoming demeanor sets the tone for the entire practice.
