The only time people write a review is when they have to bad mouth about the establishment. Considering the work load I noticed, I'm sure a lot of customers were happy with the results. Rude employees, come on. What do you expect from women pre/post menopausal stage. Thanks to Yasmin, my alteration turned out flawless. I also requested to give back some excess cloth and it was granted. Hemming is of better quality than original. Great value for the money.

Terrible customer service. They quote different prices for the same job, depending on who is working the till. I tried to get a patch sewn onto a jacket and they completely frayed the patch. One retailer quoted 7.50 a patch. Another wanted 15.00 for a smaller patch that was the same shape and material.

My girlfriend called ahead of time to get two dresses tailored and was told to come in at a certain time so we did. When we got there the lady inside was the rudest worker I have encountered. She just took a 5 second look and then said it wouldn't be done by the time we were told over the phone. DO NOT GO HERE! AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE
