🌟 Five Stars for Stitch It at Richmond Mall! 🌟 Huge kudos to the team at Stitch It in Richmond Mall! I brought in a uniquely shaped outdoor base cushion that had started to fray after a decade of use. Because of its custom shape, replacing it wasn’t an option—it had to be recovered. Their seamstress carefully reviewed the cushion and agreed to take on the challenge. She did a phenomenal job! I provided the canvas material and a 23" zipper, but unknowingly brought the wrong type. Great service. Brought my favourite rick owens jacket back to life after a hole got burned through the back. Stitch it was able to do a patch repair exactly how I wanted it, sort of in a denim, workwear, boro style. I had previously taken it in to another tailor and he made it worse, thankfully Stitch It was able to undo all that and greatly improve on the jacket. The repair that Stitch It did was also half the price of the other guy. Definitely go to Stitch It for repairs.
Emily did an amazing job measuring my linen pants, she was so patient and had great attention to detail! Emily and Shirley did an amazing job hemming my pants, I am very happy with how they came out. The service was great and they were so fast at alterations. Highly recommend!
