I was shopping for my first car and had a perfect chance to meet with Paul Le. Paul is a great guy and I was lucky enough to have him as my sales consultant. Not only is helpful but knowledgeable with various cars. Paul was really patient and flexible with me as I had specific requests with the car and he also made sure it met my preference before final decision. I really enjoyed my experience here with my consultant. Highly recommended! :)
p/s: I mentioned in the beginning that I really wanted balloons on the delivery day. So he brought that specific pink balloons I wished for me. That’s so kind omg ?

I recently visited Richmond Honda for a service issue after receiving little to no help at other dealerships. When I arrived at Richmond Honda and explained my problem, Pinaak, who wasn't even part of the service team, immediately stepped in to assist me. He quickly connected with the service advisor and ensured that a technician thoroughly tested my car and even took the time to test drive it with me. Pinaak’s dedication and proactive approach really stood out. His professionalism and willingness to help, despite not being directly involved in the service area, made a significant difference in my experience. Fantastic experience at Richmond Honda I needed a replacement for a 14 year old car.The process was quick and edficient. I gave my sales person Ira , a list of qualitiest I was looking for in my next vehicle, and he quickly found me one. I test drove and i was able to get the paperwork and financing taken care of. The entire process took for few hours and I came home with a new car. Thank you Ira and Sophia( sales manager) you both go far and beyond to assist me. I know it wasnt easy ?but you made it happen. Highly recommended!!!
