We thoroughly commend the staff and doctors at Richmond Animal Hospital for their compassion and hard work. They have been vital in developing a treatment plan for our medically complex cat, including diagnosing her rare disease when other clinics could not figure it out. They were even able to make time to provide advice over the phone when we had spontaneous questions about her healthcare, which is really amazing and allowed us to make more informed decisions. Everyone we met with have been very patient and kind and we truly appreciate the care they showed.
I’ve been a client of Richmond Animal Hospital for nearly a decade, I think starting around 2015. I cannot express enough gratitude for the care, compassion, and professionalism I’ve received from every staff member over the years. This clinic has been the cornerstone of both of my dogs' health and well-being.
I am rewriting this review, because I deleted one of my old Google accounts this week, then realized that it erased all the reviews I had ever written on Google!
Over the years, my dogs have been treated by 3 wonderful veterinarians at this clinic - each of whom has left a lasting and meaningful impact.

This is my first Vet visit with my own pets but the level of service I got was outstanding. From the Vet Assistant Christina, to Dr. Fisher, I had my questions answered, advice given and a concrete plan for the future care of my pets. I would highly recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone looking for one.
