I Went in for haircut, was not told about the no refund policy. Got a terrible service with a new stylist they hired ( which turns out she has only been there for a couple months while all the other ones have been there for much longer. I tried to explain to Barney( the manager) what happened and why I wanted a refund or a partial one. He proceeded to get heated saying “wanna go!?” Multiple times and storming off. Spent 20 minutes trying to explain the situation. They said that they could redo the cut but I don’t trust these stylists after what they did to my hair, I came in with hip length thick hair and payed for a A-Tier haircut service and ended up with a terrible thin choppy cut. The stylists said that there was a higher management and that they try to get would contact him but would later say that Barney is the highest supervisor they had. In the end when I was trying to have a phone call with the higher ups. The receptionist and the stylist we spoke to told us the only way to contact them was through a supervisor which was Barney. He later threatened to call security on two 18 year old girls. Overall 0/10 won’t recommend, DONT get ur cut here!! Very disappointed and won’t ever come back!

My hair WAS trashhh, was always wearing a hat to cover it.. but now I genuinely like my new hair cut!!
I was pretty vague on what kind of haircut I wanted. E, Lee gave me recommendations, showed pictures of styles, would ask mid cut if the current length was okay, and etc.
I recommend e, lee. Very attention to detail, but still fast, friendly, and the price was cheaper than most places I've been to.

Had hair done by Elee... asked for style number 2 but shorter for the top... side to be as short 1. But when she was done, she didn't listen and just gave me a buzz cut. Nothing was done to compensate... kinda sad....

I had such a great experience! Angela was incredibly patient and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She paid attention to every detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The result turned out even better than I expected. So happy with my hair! Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone skilled, professional, and genuinely caring.

Amazing experience, and honestly the best and most confident I have ever felt about my hair. Mai is incredible at hair cutting and styling, very worth going with the A cut. Already can’t wait to come back!

I am sorry to say this, but I got the worst haircut I’ve ever had… It was not just bad, it was at the stage where it was too ridiculous that I broke into laughter? I wanted a layered cut with bangs. Then, I looked exactly like a mop to be honest😂 Or long hair dogs that my grandparents would raise. The environment was ok, but as a hair salon it did not achieve what it was supposed to do. I’ve NEVER left any negative comment in my entire life, but this the first ever experience that made me this sad… I feel sorry that I am leaving some bad comment for the shop, but I have to let people know. I saved money for this, now I miss my money and my old hair. Please seriously consider the potential risks when you visit this hair salon
