Without a recommendation I may not have considered Reviva as it is a nondescript clinic in an older building, but I was very pleased with my experience and with the results. The staff were friendly, professional and customer-oriented, both over the phone and in person, and I found Dr. Ngai to be comfortable and trustworthy.

I have been going to Reviva regularly for 5 years. I was a professional makeup artist for over a decade and have tried out a bunch of clinics previously. My primary goal was skin preservation and reversal of previous damage, so I had a pretty good/realistic idea what I wanted when I was researching for a skin clinic that I can be a patient of long-term. Dr. Ngai is a kind, knowledgable and skillful doctor. He gives great advice and does fabulous work. His bedside manner is excellent; he is calm and also has a great sense of humour. Kate is a fabulous assistant and is very intelligent, articulate and helpful. Everyone working at the clinic, from reception through, seems dedicated to providing high level, excellent service. I highly recommend Dr. Ngai and his team.
