I tried to contact them by email a couple of times but these were never answered. Also tried contacting by phone but went straight to voice mail, and it was full. I would give five stars if my emails or phone call had been answered .
I was having a hard time finding a company that could hem a pair of snow pants locally and/or at a reasonable price. Renewt was very easy to work with. And while the entire process took longer than I expected (it's a busy season for sure), they were SUPER responsive to all of my emails and questions - shout out to Emily! The alteration itself cost $60 USD, which is beyond reasonable for the level of expertise needed to perform these kinds of alterations. My wife and I have asked Renewt do almost everything with active outdoor clothing in Gore-tex, fleece, Event etc. - shorten legs, convert an anorak jacket to a fully zipped jacket, take in pant legs to make them slimmer, stitch and seam-seal items when the original glued bonds let go, etc. We have done this mainly with Arcteryx gear, but also with Patagonia, Showers Pass and more. There is nothing I wouldn't trust them with. The quality of their work is high and the appearance is always as good as the original.
