I've been seeing Janice for multiple sessions over the past two years, and I can't recommend her enough.
Every appointment leaves me feeling so much better. Her massage pressure is next level. She has an incredible ability to find exactly where your body needs attention, and I always leave feeling relieved, refreshed, and more relaxed.

I have been seeing Cameron for physio for the better part of a year now. He is very friendly, professional and offers great exercises for me to work on in between visits. The staff are super friendly and the studio is very clean. Highly recommend!
