On two separate occassions, when asking for help, the same female employee was unkind when offering answers. Answers were not helpful but instead given with attitude and gave me the impression that my lack of knowledge and need for help was a waste of time. I wanted to believe she was having a bad day the first time I spoke to her on a separate day but it seems that may just be how she interacts with customers? Hopefully not. Not a lower rating because everything else in the store is fine. I just needed help but had to leave because I felt bad afterwards.
Picked up a new pup at WestJet cargo. Went to this location for essentials and thought I’d ask if they could fit in a quick was and blow dry as the dog had been travelling 6 hrs
