Update: Very appreciative of Jonathan’s follow up and response. It is clear that the clinic is patient-focused and a lot of care goes into receiving constructive feedback and making positive changes.Original review (2 stars): I had a poor experience with the practitioner. The most notable being that they didn’t use enough lotion/oil, leaving red marks on my skin that were painful.The other notable poor practice is that they used a pregnancy table. It was so uncomfortable and I felt like I couldn’t relax at all during the treatment.They also didn’t have a heating pad and I felt cold during the entire treatment.Positives are that the rest of the staff were friendly...read full review

Nicole is truly an amazing RMT. If I were to be completely honest, she is one of the best in Richmond. She listens to my concerns and knows exactly which muscles to target. She is professional, attentive and has great bedside manner.She even went above and beyond to book me appointments in the following months.

I've been seeing RMTs at Past Tense for the past few years, and I keep coming back. All of the RMT's I've booked do a wonderful job for my pain, tension and tightness. Remember to communicate what you need and your background/medical history to help make the most of your session! As I mentioned my occupation and I had a recent strain injury, my RMT switched to target other muscle areas where they found tightness and tension and gave great recommendations.
