Nick Lai and his team at Acura Richmond were absolutely amazing. We live in Victoria and wanted a very specific Mini Cooper S, so I searched and searched and found the car we wanted at the Acura dealership in Richmond. Buying in the mainland made us a bit apprehensive, but Nick was an absolute amazing salesman and went above and beyond to put our mind at ease. We also had a quick query 2 weeks after purchase and Nick still went the extra mile. I can honestly give Nick, and the dealership in general, a well earned 5 stars and would definitely shop there again.
