I came to Olfa with a head of box dyed regret. My hair was in really rough shape. During our consultation, she was honest about what she could do- and what it would take to get me where I wanted to be. She gave me realistic options and let me decide on the course, no upselling. Through our 6 hours together, she was an absolute delightful, giving me her undivided attention. Aside from her outstanding technical skill and knowledge, she is truly a gem to get to know.
