We wanted to dispose of a 114-year-old upright piano that needed a complete restoration if it were to be used again. After 90 years in the family, it was not easy to see it go. However, three men from Music Box arrived when scheduled and moments later, the piano was out of the house and on the truck. The services were provided exactly as quoted in advance. Music Box had been recommended by a piano technician we know who has worked in this region for many years. He said Music Box was a company he trusted. That was good enough for us, and the piano removal went smoothly.
