We just picked up our first Mini from Mini Richmond and were again very happy with the experience. Francisco and the rest of the staff who helped us through the process were wonderful. We quite like Mini's car buying experience, when we arrived to take delivery. We left as very happy customers.

Reviews
I work at another dealership and we had a car fixed at Mini Richmond on behalf of a customer. Nicholas Tsang was great to work with in service. I was impressed and would highly recommend seeking him out in particular
Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, Francesco was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and go through the options with me. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism throughout the process. Would definitely recommend working with him.
