We just picked up our first Mini from Mini Richmond and were again very happy with the experience. Francisco and the rest of the staff who helped us through the process were wonderful. We quite like Mini's car buying experience, when we arrived to take delivery. We left as very happy customers.

Jay and Brent are the one you want looking for it was incredibly prompt and efficient. They addressed the issue with precision, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations.
