Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a body/collision shop. I will never take my Tesla somewhere else, and if I ever happen to be in a situation where I need my vehicle repaired I will definitely only return to Mercedes Benz Collision Centre in Richmond.Their attention to detail is unmatched. They take their time with the repairs and do not rush anything. My Model Y looked like it was brand new and had just been delivered when they returned my vehicle to me.They fully repaired the damage from someone rear ending me, and they went above and beyond by detailing my whole car inside and out. Remarkable service! My 2022 Tesla M3LR was rear-ended and I brought it to MB Collision. My estimator Tino was very helpful in accommodating my work schedule. The lady at the front counter was helpful in answering my questions and I was able to get a courtesy car for free as I wasn't at fault on my claims. I wanted a Tesla for my courtesy car so I paid a bit for it @ Hertz which is right next to MB Collision. I picked up my car in just 1.5 weeks' time which is much sooner than I thought and the car was very well cleaned and detailed, just like a new one! I am very impressed with the service of Mercedes Benz Collision Centre (Richmond). My estimator, John, was excellent. He is very courteous in answering all my numerous questions, easing my concerns and stress.They didn’t have to but they accommodated my busy work schedule when I picked up my car. They went above and beyond the standard customer service which I didn’t find with the other previous repair centres I’ve dealt with in the past.I will gladly endorse this business, specifically this location for their excellent customer service and quality of care they do in fixing your car.
