I have had the pleasure of owning and driving Volvo cars for over 30 years and it is inevitable that accidents will occur with the amount of cars on the road nowadays. Ninteen years ago our shiny green 850 Turbo Wagon parked beside our house was hit and run one snowy night causing major damage to 80% of the drivers side. Amazingly it was drive-able so I took it to Docsteader Motors for suggestions. Without going into detail they gave me a business card for MG Collision on Bridgeport Rd, Richmond and the rest is history. Mike and Qasim helped turn a painful experience to something more bearable with their excellent service. From the first phone call to the last, both were professional but warm and easy to talk with. Answered my questions with a lot of patience. Gave me updates in a timely manner. The car came back spick and span inside and out. It smelled like new! They even went the extra mile with me. Literally. Highly recommend.
