Excellent experience. Dr. Rapoport is a great Urologist. I was treated in 2015 and have been symptom free for 8 years. Where as previous identical procedures, in another province, required a return every 3 years. I just followed up recently to get medical history records and the office staff was easy to contact and accommodating. I see many negative reviews about office staff, from my experience they have done an excellent job. Thank you
I'm not sure about all these negative reviews. I found this office to be very communicative, responsive and professional. They always answered the phone when I called, and they called me on time when there was scheduled consultations or appointments needed. My doctor was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. They are doing an amazing job in a very stressful environment during a labor shortage. Thank you Metrovan urology for all your good work.
I had a surgery for my prostate by Dr. HAMIDIZADEH 5 days ago and I wanted to thank. Surgery was great I am completely recovered and my problem has gone. I was lucky to find Dr. Hamidizadeh. I appreciate it. He saved my life. I wish the best for him.
