He quickly determined the problem and ordered the part we needed for us, which he replaced a few days later. Very professional, efficient, and kind to our dog too. I highly recommend this man. Best aspect of dealing with him is that he called me back in a very timely manner. I was given a few different companies to call and none of those other companies either responded or responded days later. He also came to my home on a Sunday to fit my schedule. He worked on my WOLF gas stove and he was able to fix my gas barbecue. He provided thorough explanations and was able to deal with things on the spot.
