James and Christian were incredibly efficient, hardworking, and extremely careful with all my belongings — including furniture, artwork, and personal items. Their attention to detail and professionalism made the move feel smooth and stress-free.
Mary, the owner, runs a great operation. She was responsive, organized, and truly helpful throughout the process. I definitely recommend giving her a call — it’s much easier and more efficient to connect with her by phone rather than by email. That quick conversation can make everything go more smoothly. Highly recommend! I've used this company twice—once for a move from downtown to Surrey, and again within Surrey, both times involving a heavy upright piano. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Bonus: they handled light assembly and junk removal too. Best of all, the crew and staff were genuinely great people. That made all the difference.
