Vitaly was excellent to work with — professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and never pushy. We really appreciated that he focused on what actually worked best for our project instead of trying to upsell products we didn’t need.
Valentin did an outstanding job with the installation. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship really stood out, and the finished floors look absolutely amazing. You can tell he takes real pride in his work.
