It's absurd that the korean hairdressing girl merely goes through the motion and rushes customers without effort, like can you imagine??.... I'm not sure if anyone who visited this salon was respected enough to receive the treatment they paid for. This shouldn't be a numbers game.

Very disappointed with my experience at InBuTae Korean Hair Salon. I was given one price quote beforehand, but when I arrived they tried to either cut my hair much shorter than discussed or charge a higher price than originally quoted. The lack of transparency and consistency was very frustrating. I came in with clear expectations and left feeling dissatisfied with both the service and communication. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this salon based on my experience.

Erin is the best!! I have thick hair and I only trust her for both haircuts and digital perms. She’s very precise and careful with her work.

The perm was done very well, but the chemicals stayed on my head for too long (about an hour and a half), which made me feel extremely nauseous and even dizzy afterwards.

Super happy with my haircut + down perm. They’re detail-oriented and clearly experienced. Erin and Coco were both so kind and professional. Highly recommend, 5/5. Just make sure you arrive on time because they get busy.

Been going here for the past 4 years and counting, styled my perms the best everytime with the best prices too. The staff are also very kind and fun to talk to. Their recent new location is also really nice.

I can’t say I’m happy with the haircut I got at this location. I requested a simple two block haircut and even showed her a photo of what I wanted but it came out looking completely wrong, bangs are way too straight and it’s an untextured mess. I’ll have to go to someone else to fix it.
