Had a great first experience with HBL. After several negative dealership experiences, Eric's customer service and attention to detail were extremely refreshing. 2015 Forester XT major service (CVT, rear diff and brake fluids, new plugs and PCV valve, oil change). Feels and drives like a new car again. I'll be back.

Brought in my 2016 Forester XT for major service. Eric was incredibly transparent throughout — sent photos, explained reasoning, quoted fairly, and didn’t push unnecessary work. Specialist-level Subaru expertise at fair independent pricing.
Eric is a trustworthy guy with good knowledge of Subaru’s and imported autos. I’ve always felt that my car has been taken care of properly by these guys and would recommend this shop to anyone with an import. Thanks for all the years of service💪
