Knowledgeable, friendly, professional.A friend in the industry recommended Galaflex to me and I was not disappointed. I’ve been their client twice now with wood floor and carpet replacement. Norman has been helpful and informative. He made sure everything is taken cared of from selection to installation to billing. Would recommend if you are looking for quality renovation for a fair price.

The staff are incredibly helpful and have great people skills. They have a great selection of high quality flooring options at a reasonable price. They are a must see if you are considering European or USA made flooring. After viewing several flooring stores in the area, we ended up choosing our final choice here.

I was on my way to revisit a flooring store quite ready to place my order with them. I happened to stumble across Galaflex and dropped in to have a look. I am extremely happy I did. Norman, the flooring consultant, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently listened to my needs and answered all my questions about flooring. His calculation of the square footage of flooring was particularly impressive: it is different from the others yet it is so accurate, saving me the trouble of returning the spares.
