Recommend using Word of Mouth Floors. We installed flooring in most of our house 5 years ago and was looking for the same flooring in two additional rooms. We had the floor brand and color name. Cody was able to find out that the flooring was still available but the color name had changed. Cody sent a sample so the we could verify and it was an exact match. Thanks you for the effort in finding the right flooring.

These guys were a HUGE help! They were able to get me a major piece missing in my flooring installation overnighted to my house in NJ. Totally saved my project and I randomly found them online. Wonderful people!

James went above and beyond any customer service experience I have had previously in my life. When I had back order trouble on a specific type of flooring we needed I looked around online and found word of mouth floors. I reached out and James explained to me that there is a possibility other distribution locations have my flooring in stock and that my vendor is simply only looking at one location. Within 24 hours he found the floor we were looking for and had it shipped across country to my location with no issues at all.
