Got our brand new Mazda CX-5 Signature. The vehicle is perfect! so is the customer service of literally every staff at Mazda. I got the vehicle from Richmond automall and I must say that my salesperson Winnie is the best. Helped us throughout the process of getting the car, from finalizing the car to selecting the needed features and color to the documentation, and finally helped us a lot in getting the car exactly on time on the date we wanted to get the car. we did not have to wait nor did we have any issues at all with Mazda. The manager Aaron was also very helpful in detailing the terms and conditions of the lease. Extremely Satisfied! Would definitely recommend it... read full review

Got my 2021 cx5 gt turbo here earlier this year and it was such a easy and smooth process! Also got my mother's 2021 cx9 here as well! Got great help and it was super quick! Delivery was swift and efficient and the vehicle is absolutely amazing! Super smooth driving and amazing control. * customer service 10/10 - got treated like loyalty!
