I've been to a few groomers in Richmond, and this one is the best?. Cream is a very scared puppy. Cream always came home shaking violently after going to a few Groomer, but for the first time, she played well even after being groomed. Thank you for taking such good care of Cream and grooming her beautifully !!!

I've been going here for over 3 years and they are always so great with my little shih tzu who hates being touched around the face. She goes in looking like a dirty mop and comes out beautiful again. They also sell the Granville Island sardine treats which both cats and dogs love!

Best groomer ever. Super friendly staff. We've owned a Shitzhu and a Maltese for 15+ years and they've been our go-to since! Always do a fantastic job in grooming and always try they best to meet your needs. Highly recommend!
