Brought my 10 years old husky here for grooming. The owner was very patient with my dog as my husky isn’t the best with entering new stores or new environment.
They explained to me what to expect and asked if I also have any expectation from the grooming. Something I never really thought about when I bring Thor to pet smart.
I was worried Thor would be a bit harder to handle as he is a typical vocal husky, but the owner handled my dog with care.
The best part was the follow up from the owner. They let me know the areas of detail I need to look out for with my dog, and their recommendation of revisit and why they gave me the recommendation time frame.

My dog has been her for spa and playgroup over 10 years. The owners are very loving, and whenever my dog has a problem, they are very patient in understanding the cause and providing helpful advice. I appreciate their professionalism.
My dog loves going to their playgroup twice a week. He's always super happy when I go on holidays, because he'll get his all-inclusive vacation at Apets whenever I'm gone.
