I highly recommend this company for anyone considering carpet or vinyl click flooring installation. The workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were all excellent. If you’re looking for a hassle-free experience and great results, this is the team to hire.
Great price. Ann was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions without hesitation. Great store front representative for their showroom. Pick up location differs from this address and upon pick up day, it did not go smoothly at all. As we are on crunch time, I was freaking out that our order was not at the location it was promised. Ann remained calm and kept in touch with me the entire time until the issue was solved. The guy who helped at the warehouse was quick to drive to the other location to grab our order and met up to transfer the items over.
Note for future buyers to proactively call the warehouse prior to picking up.
