I brought a dress shirt that had a lot of blood stains all over it from a dog bite accident, and I almost lost hope in keeping the shirt. It's one of my favorite shirts, so I took it to Courtesy, and I was very amazed by the great work they did in removing all the blood stains. I've always been taking my clothes that need dry cleaning there and I'm very satisfied with the wonderful service I receive.P.s. I also love the Christian gospel tracks they have at the front desk ?

The service was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I went to get my jacket cleaned which had some stains on it I was unable to remove myself but these guys were able to clean all of the stains. Very impressed with their qualityService: Laundry wash & fold

I started going because of my mom almost 15 years ago when she lived in Richmond. Parents moved but I continued to go to them. Last year about a week before my wedding during my final fitting I ended up ripping my dress, I was in tears and rushed over to Courtesy Cleaners to help because they had altered some of my stuff before. The owner was so helpful and kind, she put in an urgent alternation request and got my dress back to me steamed and ready to go! I am so thankful that there are such nice people in the world. Thank you Courtesy Cleaners! You are the best in Richmond if not in Vancouver!
