I took my son to Canada Computers in Richmond BC. He wants to build a computer and we ran into Angelo. Angelo was patient and took the time to go through my son's list of parts and even recommended better (and cheaper) options. Angelo ended up staying a bit after hours to ensure we got the entire list to build it and explained some of the nuances of the parts based in his experience. I needed to upgrade my laptop RAM, so I called ahead. The customer representative explained everything very clearly, asked for my laptop details, and confirmed the replacement options along with the pricing.
The RAM upgrade was done by Conrad, who was extremely helpful and clear in his communication. He understood exactly what we needed. He mentioned it would take about an hour, but it was completed in just 30 minutes, which was very quick.
