I've had nothing but great experiences training at BLK BOX. Everyone there is friendly and the equipments are nice. I've been doing personal training with Ken and I've learned a ton from him from safely progressing my lifts in the gym to proper nutrition and habits outside the gym. He's also helped me pinpoint root causes for my joint issues that I've had for years and suggested stretches that have translated to improvements with my lifts in general too.It has been the best personal training experience I've had than any of my past experiences elsewhere. Highly recommend checking them out ?
From the moment I made my consultation, to meeting Shifaly (my absolute rockstar of a personal trainer), my experience at BLK has been exceptional. The gym is clean, comfortable, well-equipped and the staff is courteous. Not to mention, Obi (the cutest gym dog) makes the experience all the worth while. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to serious meet their fitness goals.

He really puts in effort and care towards his clients, very well organized, uses his experience and knowledge to help his clients reach their goals. Any trainers can push you to work out and do cardios, but Ken actually makes perfect work out/diet plans for each individualHighly recommended 10/10
