I was a bit nervous since my Cantonese isn't great but Yvonne reassured me that it was fine and she spoke fluent English.Yvonne let me know that she accidentally booked someone for my slot but offered to see me 30mins after. I didn't mind and I appreciated the heads up.I got my eyebrows shaped and Yvonne was very thorough in educating me on my hair growth pattern and where I had missing hairs. She walked me through what her plan was and properly set expectations. She also let me know where to fill in when I do my makeup. I'm pretty happy with my results.“
