Surprised by all the 1 star reviews, I had a friendly and helpful experience at this store from both sales associates. Wished I caught their name but they gave me detailed care instructions and I went home with a pretty new necklace ☺️

In my opinion, the quality of APM Monaco's jewelry are atroticious. It's gone downhill over the years, and after-sales services are just rubbish and robotic. They are becoming close to AliExpress quality and service standards.Disappointing!

Quality of pieces have gone down significantly. I do not recommend buying from them. Gold plating rubbed off bracelet within 6 months of light wear, and the company has stated this is not covered by warranty. Very disappointed in the quality. I have pieces from years ago from APM that were much better made. Do not buy!!
