The experience itself was amazing, the people working in the spa we're all lovely and friendly. Myself and my friend had a relaxing time.
My one and only complaint would be, when we went back to pay for our parking, it came to over $60! For 2.5hrs. My friend and I freaked out. There needs to be parking validation for people going to the spa or at least a discount. We sadly won't be back just due to the parking situation. Was not worth it.
I'm just reviewing the gym part of the spa. The staff are great, accommodating and friendly. The facilities are kept very clean, and there is someone constantly keeping the locker room and shower area neat and clean. The reason I don't rate this a five is because of the treadmills and elliptical machines. There have only been about 50% of these machines actually working over the past few months. There are about as many out of order placards on the machines as there are actual working machines. Best manicure and pedicure thanks to Anastasia! Great attention to detail and sorted my hands and feet out! I even had my nails buffed with a chamois leather buffer!! Would definitely recommend
