One of the doors on my Toyota Highlander was dented after being hit by another car. I subsequently took the car to ASC Collision, where Mr. Sam greeted me and patiently answered many of my questions. He even took me inside their large repair shop and explained the possible repair steps to me. Jason and Cathy at the front desk were both very polite. After the car was repaired, Mr. Sam personally went over the entire repair process, details, and all the items of the charges. My car was repaired and looks as good as the original one completely. Sam and his team are very professional and trustworthy.

I was so impressed with ASC’s Customer Service when I took my car in for a bumper repair following a fender bender. The work was slightly delayed because special parts needed to be ordered in but the work done was of high quality.
