I took their training course. Very detailed and thought out. I chose the Coquitlam training lot- and had Adrian as the main instructor. He takes the time to explain everything, and keeps a look out for when you are performing the exercises. Regan finally took my MSA- also a great instructor! You get a lot of practice before you do the MSA. They have a variety of bikes you can try out. Overall great experience!

Had a blast. The instructors were great, explained everything thoroughly and gave us lots of time to practice each skill and answer all of our questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to learn to ride!!

Great Experience! Instructors were very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Materials, exercises, and drills were very useful and effective.
Overall, classes are super fun / humorous and at the same time very informative and tough on safety.
