The technician who repaired our bathroom sink plumbing was polite, friendly and totally competent. It took only a day from my phone call until my sink was repaired. I would not hesitate to use 1st Call again, and recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.

Honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of any business, and they fall on the top of the list of criteria that consumers search for when attempting to locate a service provider for home repairs. We have used 1st Call to re&re a Pressure Reducing Valve as well as install a toilet while, and both times, we have found their personnel to be knowledgeable, well-trained, punctual, personable, informative, approachable, and professional. Their staff were helpful in that they provided some very useful advice such as what one might expect post work being completed without our asking, which is a rarity...i.e., such a that our water may be discoloured post the work being completed;... read full review

We've used them a few times to fix our issues with our toilets, plumbing and our recent kitchen faucet and sink pipes. They are quite conscientious and are hard workers and quite professional. I guess their prices are fair. It's hard to compare because we really haven't used anyone else to repair our issues. I have had to call them a few times to have them come back because recurring issues have arisen as a result of their repairs but at least they don't charge for their return calls. It's hard to find good honest plumbers or electricians. These fellows are good folks.
