We had a guys golf trip to the island and had the privilege to play here. We were happy with the course but disappointed with the whole construction process of the new clubhouse. We didn't stay for a drink or snack after due to the noise. Next year should be better with the new clubhouse.

Great golf course, great turf conditions, great staff. Course rating, especially slope rating seems way off, as this course is difficult for higher handicap golfers although it has a lower rating than other courses in the area. With thick rough, fast greens and inconsistent bunkers with varying levels of sand, it can also be challenging to keep a ball in play. Bring lots of balls unless you consistently hit the ball straight.

This well-designed golf course is in a great location, has well-maintained fairways and absolute carpet greens, a driving range, putting green and restaurant on site. I spent the afternoon here with family and enjoyed the entire course. Great job Pheasant Glen staff !! Certainly one of the top 10 courses on Vancouver Island, and number one in my opinion in the Nanaimo/Parksville/Qualicum Beach area. I will definitely return.
