Our experience with North Pacific Window and Glass was more than positive, it was exceptional! From the home visit, examination and estimate to the professional, detailed installation, we were more than impressed. Their team provided us a real comfort level from the start. There was no 'up-selling' and we were impressed with the integrity, honesty and professionalism evident from the start. We replaced an aged sliding glass door on our 30 year old craftsman built home. I went with a different window manufacturer for our new build and we unfortunately we ended up having a lot of quality control issues with them during the install. After many weeks of back and forth with the original window supplier, I decided to reach out to Scott and his team to see if they could assist.
He sent out one of his installers the very next day and made adjustments to every one of the previously installed windows which stopped a lot of the air leakage issues we were having. Scott and the team was very professional and knowledgable!
