Susan has been amazing to work with. I started a bathroom renovation thinking it would be fairly straightforward, but we quickly discovered the toilet had been leaking and the project became much bigger than expected. Susan was there every step of the way helping guide me through it, answering questions, and making sure we found the right solutions. Renovations can be overwhelming when surprises pop up, but having someone like Susan in your corner makes all the difference. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help truly stood out. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her and her team.

My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen here in Qualicum Beach,BC. We first went to Home Depot, where we were treated as just another number. Home and Kitchen Envy , Susan & Katie have been genuinely interested in what our needs are.. Although we have not reached a final decision, the process thus far has been professional and handled with care and with our needs first. Both my wife and I are completely satisfied with what we are receiving this far. We both are looking forward to the final product ??❤️??

I am so delighted with the renovation Home and Kitchen Envy, Susan Hong, and her team completed on my patio home in Qualicum Beach. My experience with this company was fantastic from start to finish. The project was on time, on budget, and professionally and expertly done. I really appreciated the attention to detail, support, advice and quality work done by the trades involved in the project and Susan’s management and expertise. Everyone was extremely courteous, helpful and accommodating of my wants and needs.
