This was, or still might be a "Fly-by-Night" company that is owned and operated by Lewis Payne, of Qualicum Beach, B.C. Avoid this company by all means. Workmanship and customer resposes were a bare minimum. I have never in my life, have seen a rain gutter drop to the ground. There was no plugging of the downpipes, to cause water to build up in order to case excessive weight. The screws that were used were of inproper quality and size. They just snapped off. Sorry about the "One Star Rating", but there was nothing lower than that to select.
