We had a wonderful experience at Windsor. We had been shopping around for wood for a deck repair and the service here was amazing compared to other building supply stores in the area. Leigh was extreamly helpful and gave us excellent advice. We were able to have the wood delivered the same day, all the supplies were available and all the staff who helped us were friendly and welcoming. We will shop here again for all our projects!
Our experience with Elaine at Windsor Plywood on Sunrise Drive (French Creek /Parksville) was excellent. I was buying a surprise gift of wood for my husband and needed professional guidance. Elaine understood completely and answered all of my questions with patience and courtesy. Elaine is very knowledgeable about wood and helped me to choose a beautiful piece of sapele. Thanks so much Elaine! Kathy K.
Excellent, professional customer service from Ashley at French Creek. Her modus operandum is to be attentive and extremely helpful to her customers. Her level of service goes above and beyond my expectations as a contractor/customer. She is also a very quick learner and adept problem solver. I've been in the trades over 15 years and I must say she is among the best and brightest employees at Windsor.
