Our experience with Elaine at Windsor Plywood on Sunrise Drive (French Creek /Parksville) was excellent. I was buying a surprise gift of wood for my husband and needed professional guidance. Elaine understood completely and answered all of my questions with patience and courtesy. Elaine is very knowledgeable about wood and helped me to choose a beautiful piece of sapele. Excellent, professional customer service from Ashley at French Creek. Her modus operandum is to be attentive and extremely helpful to her customers. Her level of service goes above and beyond my expectations as a contractor/customer. She is also a very quick learner and adept problem solver. I've been in the trades over 15 years and I must say she is among the best and brightest employees at Windsor.
